- Bride Barn – bride and bridesmaids getting ready area
- Groom’s Tipi/Area for getting ready and hanging out
- Rehearsal time of 1 hour the day before
- On site ranch manager duration of wedding day
- Men’s and Ladies Restrooms
- Generator (inverter) for ceremony site sound
- Engagement pictures can be taken on Younger Ranch

Your Vendor Team
We believe in giving you freedom and flexibility in your planning. A few vendors come from our trusted list so your day runs smoothly. Everything else is your choice.
- Coordinator: hire one from our list of professionals. They guide you through planning and run your wedding day.
- Food: choose from our list of caterers.
- Alcohol: Peak Beverage, with all alcohol served by a TIPS-trained bartender from Peak (we don’t hold a liquor license).
- Rentals: Event Rents or Colorado Party Rentals.
- Event insurance: required, to protect you from liability for property damage, bodily injury, and alcohol-related accidents.
- Everyone else is up to you: florists, DJs, photographers, and the rest.
No service charge on the site fee. Your venue price is the price.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you require a wedding planner?
Yes. You’ll hire a coordinator from our list of professionals. They’ll guide you through planning and run your special day.
Do you have a plan for bad weather?
Yes. We have “Plan B” and “Plan C” options that can be put into action as early as the day of the wedding.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Younger Ranch doesn’t have a liquor license, so all liquor comes through Peak Beverage and is served by a TIPS-trained bartender from Peak.
Why do we need liability insurance?
Event insurance protects you from liability for property damage, bodily injury, and alcohol-related accidents during your event.
Can our dog be part of the wedding?
Yes, if you agree to keep your dog on a leash, clean up after them, and supervise them for the whole event.
