- Ceremony Site with wood benches that seat up to 160
- Reception Barn with tables & chairs for up to 150
- Hay Barn for cocktail hour with bistro lighting, wine barrels & wagon
- Patio with bistro lighting – fire pit area with propane fire pit included
- 12 hour time block usually starting from *example 11 noon – 11pm
- Bride Barn – bride and bridesmaids getting ready area
- Groom’s Tipi/Area for getting ready and hanging out
- Rehearsal time of 1 hour the day before
- On sight ranch manager duration of wedding day
- Mens and Ladies Restrooms
- Generator (inverter) for ceremony site sound
- Engagement pictures can be taken on Younger Ranch
- Private ranch with stunning views of Pikes Peak

The Texas Longhorn Experience
- Longhorns near the Reception for Photos $997
